We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski slopes and right next to the cable car station, making it extremely easy for us to access the slopes. The staff at this place were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. We also greatly appreciated the hotel's leisure spa and wellness centre, which offered a range of relaxing facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to our friends.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great facilities at the hotel and the apartment (3 of us stayed in one bedroom apartment for 5 persons - I think 5 might have been a bit of a squeeze if all adults or teenage children - there was one big double bed in a separate bedroom with extra pullout single from under the bed, and a couch in the living area convertible into a reasonable double bed, big bathroom - toiletries were supplied in the form of small soaps - bring your own; towels were provided; both bedroom and living room had access to a very large spacious balcony/terrace - apartment 1008 on the top floor of building 1); the use of spa/swimmIng pool and sauna centre - in a different building to us, quiet location. The staff was most friendly. We chose not to eat at buffet breakfast or buffet dinner (9 eur and 13 eur respectively per person per day) so cannot comment on the quality and choice of food - had our own breakfast and ate out at lunch and supper in town of Maribor and at the hut with a view by gondola station - had excellent meals there. Only stayed 2 nights.
Access by car - up a very winding road, I would say it takes 30 mins by road - longer than we imagined (map pointer on Booked.net was placed incorrectly at the time of booking), and you definitely wouldn't want to go out to Maribor this way too often. Instead we used Gondola cable car which was fun and cost 5 eur per person return trip if you buy ticket at the hotel reception, otherwise 10 eur; and then a ride on the bus into the centre of Maribor for 1.10 eur each way. There was nothing to do the washing up with, and no dishwasher tablets for dishwasher - we were not gonna buy our own just for 2 nights. Otherwise all was perfect.

the fact that the hotel had a well-maintained playroom for kids and a ski storage room with easy access to the skiing area were great advantages to us. the location was perfect for our business trip as it was not far from the city center and other key locations.
Although the hotel had many noteworthy advantages, there were a few negative aspects that we didn't enjoy. the tap water tasted bad, which forced us to buy bottled water frequently, and some amenities, such as the sauna and bathrobes, were paid extra.

Hello! First of all, when we got to the hotel the staff welcomed us. they were amazing, as the were in all of our staying time. The room was wonderful: comfortable, with a nice balcony, and has all the kitchen accessories that you need. In all of our staying there, we didn't use the car even once - you can walk around the forest, you can use the cable car that is just a few minutes of walking from the hotel, and with a short ride on the bus get to Maribor City. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice, and the food is tasty.
I took the coordinates for the GPS from booking, and it got me into the forest far from the hotel. you should check that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the facilities were great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a lot of storage space. The hotel had a swimming pool, sauna, and a spacious playroom for kids. Additionally, the location was excellent, as it was close to the ski slopes and transportation. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel had parking available.
Absolutely nothing.

We stayed in an apartment that was close to the ski slopes, around 250 meters walk. the location was excellent, and the apartment was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. the breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. the swimming pool and sauna were a nice touch, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The road to get to the hotel was a bit difficult to drive on.

Xmas at the resort was a great experience! Skiing on the nearby tracks was amazing and the ski boot drier and lockable racks were very convenient. The WiFi was fast and the spa area was relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was great that we could buy ski tickets at the reception.
The kitchenette lacked dishes, cutlery, and only had a minibar fridge. Additionally, the room's cleanliness could have been improved. The access road was winding and took longer than expected, and we had to take a bus into town. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and had a great winter holiday!
